Terms:  Our regular terms are 30 days from the shipping date.  An advance payment will be required from new customers until credit has been established. There will be a 3% Processing Fee on all Credit Card payments, does not apply to debit card purchases. Finance Charges (Interest): A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be assessed to any unpaid balance older than 30 days from the shipping date. Prices: All prices are F.O.B. Apopka, Florida. Price Changes: The current price on our annual published price list and its valid dates are available at the Wekiwa Gardens office and are subject to change without notice. This price list supersedes all previous price lists. Inspection: There is an additional charge of $88.00 per shipment that will be charged for Phytosanitary Permits. Cancellations: If cancellation is necessary on any order, it must be done before any plants are pulled. Otherwise, a charge will be made for 15% of the product being canceled for materials and labor involved in unpacking and returning the plants to inventory. NO EXCEPTIONS. Claims: Wekiwa Gardens, Inc. must be notified, within 48 hours of receipt, of any damages or claims against products shipped. The shipper retains the right to refuse claims not properly reported. Claims for damages during transportation, i.e. freezing, breakage, etc., must be made by the customer with the carrier. The carrier’s inspection report is required. We accept all orders subject to prior sale and on the condition that orders shall be void should stock become damaged in any way beyond our control. Guarantee:   Wekiwa Gardens, Inc. warrants to the extent of the purchase price that all nursery stock is sold true to name and as described within recognized trade tolerance. We give no further warranty, expressed or implied, and will under no circumstances be liable for more than the invoice value at the time of purchase.
